I coach with passion. After 25 years as a Senior executive in the federal public service in Montréal, a member of the Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service of Canada (APEX) board of directors and its committee working on executive health. I bring extensive professional and interpersonal experience to my coaching work. I was instrumental in successfully implementing major change initiatives during my different assignments.

My deep interest in leadership development naturally led me towards executive and team coaching since 2003. What I want most is to make my clients aware of the untapped resources within, and to guide them towards achieving goals they truly value. In times of change, I support teams to help them determine the critical conditions which must be met for the teams to become effective, sustainable and innovative.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from New Ventures West and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I’m trained as a Team Coach, I’m a Team Coaching International authorized facilitator and a certified Equine Guided Educator (EGE).
A lifelong learner, I continue her coaching development both as student and researcher.

Private and public sector management coach since 2003, I also serve as a faculty member for the Professional Coaching Certification program at Convivium/New Ventures West. In that role, I support future coaches in their development and sits on the certification committee approved by ICF. I possess post-grad qualifications and I’m fluent in both French and English.
